Foremen position:
Summary of position duties:
- To perform landscapes and hardscapes tasks that meet the quality standards
- 100% completion of assigned daily tasks
- Oversee and maintain all landscape equipment. Insure proper use and care of all company equipment, tools and supplies
- Supervision of work crews, assist with the discipline issues within the crew
- You will be responsible for crewmembers on quality landscaping, as well as hardscaping
- As crewleader, you will handle on the spot customer concerns, and all other duties as assigned
Essential qualifications:
- Self motivated, hardworking, dependable and show leadership when needed
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Foreman leading multiple work crews
- Minimum of 2 years experience in landscaping (lawn mowing, mulching, trimming, etc) and Hardscaping(installing patios, retaining walls, etc.)
- Valid Delaware driver license and acceptable driving record
- Experience using zero turn mowers, bobcats and other power equipment

- Experience in landscaping (lawn mowing, mulching, trimming, etc)
- Experience in Hardscaping (installing patios, retaining walls, etc.) are plus
- Experience using zero turn mowers, trimmers other power equipment
